ChM. Dr. Mohd Akmali Bin Mokhter is a registered Chemist and Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM). A fellow of Tun Dr Ismail College, UTM, he holds the position as Assistant Secretary of Fellow Development Institution (IPF), and also serve as Assistant Technical Director of the UTM Faculty of Science Analysis Services Centre.
Besides his passion in personal grooming, he is also a specialist of environmental chemistry and awareness.
Dr. Akmali started his undergrad studies in 2008 at Colmar, France and obtained his PhD in Chemistry in 2017 from University of Franche-Comté, France.
He has extensive experience in various community activities involving society and science while in France and continue to pursue it in Malaysia
